We ship worldwide to bring premium pet essentials to fur babies everywhere. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Refund or Replacement)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help.
Please include photo or video proof showing the issue, plus photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when available.
In most cases, returns are not required. Once the issue is confirmed, we'll offer a refund or replacement.
Note: If only the packaging is damaged but the product is fine, it isn't eligible.
Standard Returns
We want you and your fur baby to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us to initiate a return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
